Nikhil is a seasoned expert in Electrical Engineering with over 15 years of professional experience, specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power generation, and renewable energy solutions. He has been at the forefront of designing, engineering, and executing advanced hybrid systems combining solar, wind, and BESS technologies.
Nikhil’s expertise in BESS includes system design, energy storage capacity analysis, layout optimization, and integration with renewable energy sources. He has led projects featuring cutting-edge solutions like hybrid BESS models for utility-scale solar and wind power plants, ensuring seamless grid compatibility and operational efficiency. Notable projects include designing hybrid systems with capacities exceeding 300MWh, involving complex substations and SCADA integration.
Currently, as Head of Grid Connections in an MNC, Nikhil oversees grid application processes, technical coordination with grid operators, and the implementation of renewable energy projects in the UK. His in-depth knowledge of load flow analysis, relay coordination, and system automation further reinforces his ability to deliver impactful training sessions.
Nikhil’s training on BESS will provide participants with a practical understanding of designing and implementing energy storage systems, focusing on real-world challenges and solutions. His technical insights and hands-on approach ensure an enriching learning experience for all attendees.
